Stage one: Immersion and tradition in León.

Our day started with a visit to the school IES Juan del Enzina. We began with a short introduction, where we watched videos about both cities, which worked as an ice-breaking activity. Afterwards, the institution was presented to us and we had the opportunity to attend some classes, namely Psychology, English and Biology, among others.

After that, we visited the University of Industrial, Information Technology and Aerospacial Engineering. We could learn how ceramics, clay and plastic pieces are produced using 3D technology. After this interesting experience, we had lunch at the restaurant La Catedral, where we had the opportunity to try some regional products from León.

Right after that, we took part in a dance class. We have learnt how to dance Flamenco, a very expressive traditional Spanish dance.

During the afternoon, we also took a walk around the city of León, where we visited the León Cathedral and were able to observe the atmosphere and culture of the city.

To finish the day, we had dinner at the restaurant Boccalino & Pizzeria and then returned to the hotel.
